Matthieu Mantovani is a bold director known internationally. He began his career as an assistant to photographer Paolo Roversi and after working in a directors’ collective, he struck out on his own. Friendly and fully involved in every project, Matthieu has a special talent for creating cinematic worlds. Since 2022, Matthieu has been exploring the possibilities of artificial intelligence. He first experimented with AI to push visual limits and bring new ideas to life. His work became more structured over time and caught the attention of some contemporary art galleries and he is presently experimenting with a hybrid of AI and live action in his commercial work.
